I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California (PSY33737) who provides individual psychotherapy and couples therapy. I am currently accepting new individual clients, couples, and families who reside in California (virtual and in-person services available).

I am passionate about training and teaching, and offer workshops and courses in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I offer training directly through my practice and through my courses at the Cognitive Behavior Institute Center for Education.

In addition to my private practice and teaching, I have worked as a Clinical Psychologist within the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs. I have provided evidence-based individual and group psychotherapy for Veterans struggling with PTSD, Substance Use Disorders, anxiety, OCD, and depression.
